Fuel Your DNA turns the raw DNA file you already have into practical nutrition and sport guidance. This page explains who publishes it, how a report is built, what we will never do, and where the limits are.
Fuel Your DNA is published by FuelYourDNA, an independent sole proprietorship based in Pornichet, France, registered since 2009. We are not a laboratory: we do not sell DNA kits and we never take samples. We read the file you downloaded from your provider (23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage, FamilyTreeDNA, LivingDNA and others). Full company details are in the legal notice.
A consumer chip reads common variants, not your whole genome, and most genetic effects on nutrition are modest compared with what you eat, how you sleep and how you move. Genes are most useful when they change the advice itself: lactose, caffeine, folate and B12, vitamin D. We explain how we read the evidence in our articles, including a guide to judging a nutrigenetics study.
The free test reads your file in your browser: it is never sent to us. For a paid report, the file is used to build the report and then deleted. Payments go through Stripe or PayPal, and we never see your card number. Everything is detailed in our privacy policy.
